Constant integration of expertise
- 1969 Acquisition of Vandenbosche Décolletage: Supplier of metal inserts overmoulded in plastic in Espierres – 5 employees
Creation of Décolletage Dedecker - 1970 Acquisition of TECNOLON WORKS by the Dedecker family
- 1972 Move to FERONYL premises on Boulevard Industriel. 300m² dedicated to bar turning
Development of the bar turning activity: automatic metal turning - 1979 Move to the current mold building of TECNOLON WORKS => 500 m²
- 1987 DECOLLETAGE DEDECKER builds a 1,000 m² building behind its sister company FERONYL and moves the same year
- 1996 Purchase of land and construction of a 3,000m² building for a permanent move to the current site
- 2009 Acquisition of the activity of PERMEC MUSTAD in Herseaux, which specializes in general precision mechanics and heat treatment
- 2010 DECOLLETAGE DEDECKER becomes DEDECKER PRECISION MECHANICS (DPM) in order to show all the services offered by the company in addition to bar turning such as milling
- 2011 Acquisition of the PERMEC MUSTAD buildings in Herseaux. DEDECKER PRECISION MECHANICS (DPM) is now on 2 production sites
- 2012 Expansion of the Mouscron site (+ 800m²)
Creation of SUB-ALLIANCE E.I.G. composed of 4 companies spread over 6 factories - 2021 Acquisition of MANOIR Engrenages in Chaumontel (France) and creation of GRIMONPREZ PRODUCTION GEARS (GPG)
